Hello Friends!
Today I'm sharing my last Spellbinders Club Kits Post for 2022! These cards featuring the Spellbinders December APG Die and Embossing Folder of the Month called Sweetheart Envelope & Notecard Set and Heart Blooms. Both sets are available to purchase on subscription in the Spellbinders' store now until the 28th. I absolutely love this month's embossing folder and the card I made with the APG Die has a little removable notecard (with a message inside) within the envelope.

APG Die of the Month
This APG Die set is so versatile because you can put together the envelope and create a notecard like I did to be used on its own or you can place it on a card. For my card, I used the dies with a teal, gold and white colour scheme to create the envelope. You can add or remove small line embossing dies to allow the envelope to fold closed or stay flat. My envelope folds up but the part that closes the envelope stays open on my card. I wrapped around some gold twine and added the gold and teal heart on the front of the envelope with foam squares.

I also cut a smaller notecard that would fit into the envelope (sized approx. 3.5" x 2.75"). I added the rectangle gold filligree die cut to the front and stamped out the larger heart from the Clear Stamp set in Altenew Mornng Frost ink. This creates a watermark effect since the ink is pretty light and so I stamped out one of the sentiments from the same set in Versafine Clair Nocturne ink on top of the heart. I inserted the notecard into the envelope.
I embossed a panel slightly smaller than an A2-sized panel of teal cardstock with the Heart Blooms Embossing Folder of the Month. I attached this to an A2-sized white top folding card base and attached the envelope with the inserted notecard.
For the sentiment, I cut a banner from gold mirror cardstock using dies from the Small Die of the Month set. I also cut out 3 flowers and leaves using the accompanying dies with the APG set. I added some Lagoon Altenew ink to the flower centers and shaped them with my Tool N' One Stylus. I attached them to the card and finished it off with some clear AB gems.
Embossing Folder of the Month
One of my favourites from this month's club kits is the embossing folder! I've been using it with everything! My card features this embossing folder on the background in red cardstock. I actually cut the panel to 4" x 5-1/4" and applied some Ranger Embossing ink on the entire thing. I then used my Perfect Pearls in Interference Red and brushed it all over the panel and wiped off any excess powder. I then embossed the panel in the embossing folder.
I adhered the panel to a gold glitter cardstock panel and adhered this to an A2-sized white side folding card base. I cut out the sentiment banners from Silver Mirror cardstock using dies from the Small Die of the Month. I wrapped up some thin gold thread and adhered the sentiment banners over top with foam.
Then I finished this card off with some clear red gems.
