Card 1: Stay Strong and Pasta On 🍝

Step 1: Gather your ingredients
Grab your leftover patterned paper scraps — the more colorful, the better! I used a striped scrap piece that paired perfectly with the soft pinks and aquas from the Buon Appetito collection.

Step 2: Prep your pasta
Die-cut your pasta characters using the Pasta Friends Buon Appetito die set— I chose a ravioli, a rigatoni, and a macaroni noodle. Add cute faces and little limbs for that whimsical touch.

Step 3: Cook up some texture
Emboss your background with a subtle pattern (I used an older 2D embossing folder by SB called Loops to mimic noodles!) and layer your patterned paper strip along the edge for a pop of color.

Step 4: Add your sentiment
Stamp out “Stay strong and pasta on” from the Stay Saucy stamp set — it’s a perfect reminder that carbs (and creativity) make everything better!

Step 5: Garnish with sparkle
Finish with a few gems or sequins for that final dash of magic.

Card 2: Thanks Far-Falle You Do 🍴

Step 1: Mix your scraps
For this one, I used small hexagon-shaped scraps to create a fun border at the bottom of the card. It’s a creative way to use up every last piece of your patterned paper!

Step 2: Meet the bowtie squad
Cut out three farfalle pasta shapes From the Pasta Friends Die Set in different colors — think mint, pink, and black for contrast. Add little faces and rosy cheeks to bring them to life.

Step 3: Set the table
Layer your pasta pieces onto a clean, textured white background and add a silver die-cut fork for extra charm. (I used an old 2D embossing folder - this is the EOM from Sept 2024.)

Step 4: Season with sentiment
Stamp out “Thanks Far-Falle You Do” from the Stay Saucy Stamp Set for a witty thank-you card that’s sure to make someone’s day.

Step 5: Finishing touch
Add gold accents or tiny embellishments for a playful sparkle that ties everything together.

Craft Tip:

💡 Patterned Paper Scraps = Endless Possibilities!
Cut them into strips, borders, or even mini shapes to add visual interest. You’ll be surprised how far those little pieces can go when paired with coordinating cardstock and cute die cuts!
