Inside and Out: Triangles Masculine Card
Hello there and welcome back!
For today's post I chose to make a masculine card for my grandfather's birthday. I'll be posting this in two stages but in the same post. Right now I'll be posting the "out" and if you are not familiar with my blog this is the card front. When I get a chance I will post this as a full "Inside and Out" post which will include a video of the card inside as well. so for the front, please click on the video below.

I've also just uploaded the Inside video (after the "out" video below), officially make this an "Inside and Out" post! Enjoy!

I will be entering this card in the Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge which is featuring a masculine theme. I used the Triangles Turnabout stamp from Concord & 9th which is one of their original turnabouts.
I chose to use this simple background stamp with various inks (from the Sweet Dreams and Deep Blue Seas Altenew ink lines) and silver embossing powders.
I tied it all together with some Vellum, a large sentiment (a mix of Honey Bee Stamps and LawnFawn) and a layered laurel leaf from the Altenew Layered Laurel stamp set.
For the inside I stamped out a lettered background with a blue tone-on-tone effect.
I then stamped a layered cupcake courtesy of Altenew's Layered Cupcake stamp set. And I added the 3 candles with from the My Favorite Things Celebrate with Cake stamp set.
The sentiment is from the Altenew Beautiful Inside Stamp set which has great sentiments for card insides.
And voila, there it is! If you are curious as to how I put together my card inside, please subscribe to my blog and/or YouTube channel to get a notification when I post that.
Thanks for viewing!
