Sparkling Pink Lemons and Purple Oranges | PinkFresh Studio Citrus Blooms Suite

 Hello Friends and Welcome Back!

I don't know about you but I'm a sucker for shine and sparkle! So I thought I'd use the PinkFresh Studio Citrus Blooms suite with some unconventional colours and add some bling to those lemons and oranges!

For this post I have a short video/reel you can view below!

The process for making this card is outlined below:

- Use the PinkFresh Studio Citrus Blooms layering stencils on a piece of white cardstock as follows:

Blooms bottom layer - Altenew Eastern Sky Ink
Blooms middle layer - Altenew Ultramarine Ink
Blooms top layer - Altenew Azurite Ink
Vines layer 1 - Altenew Cloudy Sky Ink
Vines Layer 2 - Altenew Nimbus Ink
Lemons and Oranges - Altenew Rose Quartz and Soft Lilac Inks
Lemons and Oranges Highlights - Altenew Puffy Heart and Lavendar Fields Inks

- Use the coordinating dies to cut out the images.

- Use the PinkFresh Studio Essential Stitched cover die to cut out the image from white cardstock. Then mat the rectangle on the same Dark Blue Cardstock used in the next step with a 1/8" border.

- Use the PinkFresh Studio Brushed Sentiments Hot Foil Plates with Spellbinders Rose Gold Foil to foil the outline of the sentiment using the PinkFresh Studio Solid Plate and cut the sentiments with the coordinating dies from White Cardstock.

- Arrange the Citrus Blooms and Best Wishes foiled sentiment on the matted white rectangle panel and adhere with foam squares.

- Use AB crystals, light pink and light purple Nail Art Gems and adhere them with Bearly Art Glue to the lemons and oranges, covering them completely. Also add a few to embellish the background.

- Adhere this panel to a side folding white card base made to size. And add a bit of detail on the inside by adding any leftover citrus bloom pieces to the bottom left corner of the inside.

And that's how you get the sparkling lemon and oranges card! The jewels are enough to create some shine but there are only a few fruits so it's not too much of an overkill of bling.

I hope you've been inspired to make something similar of your own with this idea! And don't forget to leave a comment, as I do love hearing from you! Also, please make sure to follow me on Instagram and tag me with your inspired creations: @deezinesbyd

I will also be entering this card in the Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge entitled Anything Goes this week!
