CARD 1

I created a tutorial on YouTube that I've linked above if you'd like to see how this card was made. It's essentially a growing card that opens upwards and simulates the flowers growing, as the sentiment explains "My Love For You...grows...and grows" (as you can see in the pictures below). I thought this would be an ideal Mother's Day card and I must mention that this card was inspired by a card I made for my Mother as a child. I felt that this die set was perfect for this!

CARD 2

The best part about the I Dance and Let's Dance sets is that they have a couple of other dies that allow these sets to be used for other occasions. One has a beer mug and a badge which means it can be used for accomplishment cards or masculine cards and the I Dance set has a coffee cup and Glue bottle for coffee lovers or crafty friends! This means that these sets go a long way and will help you create cards for many occasions!

For this card I embossed a light pink 4.75" x 6.75" panel with the Loops embossing folder. I used the glue bottle from the I Dance set and the legs from the Let's Dance set, along with the supplemental pieces, to assemble the images from various pieces of Recollections and Sizzix Specialty cardstocks. I foiled these crafty sentiments from the We Dance and Celebrate You Glimmer Sentiments sets with Matte Silver Foil on turquoise cardstock and cut them out with different tag dies from the Assorted Tags set from the Celebrate You Collection (also released this month). I also cut a tag duplicate for each to create a Silver Matte shadow behind each tag. I adhered the dancing legs and glue bottle in the center of the embossed panel. I used 2 foam squares in the center of those legs to make sure there was enough room for the legs to dance. I then arranged and adhered the tags and attached the Silver Mirror cardstock tag strings.

I foiled the mains sentiment from the We Dance Glimmer Sentiments set with the Matte Silver Foil and cut it out with the coordinating die included in the set. I propped this up with some foam tape. I also had some small white flowers (from the Spellbinders Love Enclosed Set) and leaves (from the Spellbinders Typing Class set) from the last card left over that I sporadically added on the tags and background on this card. Finally, I attached the panel to a 5" x 7" card base with some strong double sided adhesive and embellished it with champagne Nail Art Gems and Pinkfresh Studio Ballet Slipper Jewels.

CARD 3

For this card I thought why not have these dancing legs come together for a dance party. So I assembled two of each of the male and female legs in light pinks and blues. I added Gold Mirror cardstock to create a shadow for all of these pieces. It's a bit of extra work but really makes these die cuts stand out!

I attached the 4 dancing legs to a 4.75" x 6.75" purple panel embossed with the Spellbinders January Embossing Folder of the Month. I foiled the Happy Birthday from the Celebrate You Glimmer Sentiments set and the Sending A Cup Full of Hugs sentiment from the We Dance Glimmer Sentiments set on Sizzix Gold Shimmer Cardstock with Rose Gold Foil. I matted this onto gold mirror cardstock and adhered this on top of the legs, adding the little hands that were cut with the hand die that come with the sets. I cut and assembled the coffee cup and adhered it to the top right of the sentiment card. I also added some flowers and leaves from the Spellbinders Love Enclosed Set and the Spellbinders Typing Class set.

Again, I attached the panel to a 5" x 7" white card base with some strong double sided adhesive and embellished it with champagne and AB crystal Nail Art Gems.
