The Creation Process

1) Foil the Triple Christmas Ornament Foil Plate with Silver Foil using a hot foil machine (I used the Spellbinders Glimmer Machine). It's important to use specialty foiling paper/cardstock or Hammermill Cardstock like I did, otherwise the foiling does not come out clearly. I would also allow extra heat time and running the platform through your diecutting machine slowly since these plate are a bit larger.

2) Use the coordinating dies to cut out the 3 ornaments

3) Use the 6x6 Candlelight Poinsettia Stamp set the heat emboss 2 poinsettias and 1 holly with white EP on some vellum (I used shimmer vellum).

4) Use the coordinating dies to cut them out.

5) Foil the 'Tis The Season sentiment plate from the Hot Foil Bold Christmas Sentiments set in the same Silver foil on Dark Navy Cardstock.

6) Use the scalloped banner die from the Holiday Sentiments Series 2 set by Spellbinders to cut out the sentiment.

7) Use the 6 x 6 Winter Flurries Pattern Paper to cut a 6" x 4" panel. I chose to use the dark navy and white snowflake pattern.

8) Use the same dark navy cardstock that was used for the sentiment and cut a panel sized 6.25" x 4.25"

9) Cut a 7" x 5" panel of silver glitter cardstock along with the same sized white card base.

10) Adhere the silver glitter panel to the card base, along with the dark navy and snowflake pattern paper.

11) Use foam square adhesive to attach the ornaments, sentiment strip and vellum pieces.

12) Embellish the ornaments, poinsettia centers and the background with clear gems from the Scrappy Tails Festive Gems pack. I'm absolutely ecstatic that Scrappy Tails is offering embellishments now and encourage you to check them out!
