Hello Friends!
November 1st means new Spellbinders Club Kits and today I'm sharing the Glimmer Kit called Glimmer Edge Stylized Floral and the Clear Stamp and Die called Diamond and Arch Motif. They are gorgeous sets and the glimmer kit has an added bonus in that it consists of one large plate and die that foil and cut everything in one go! I don't know about you but I'm all about less work when it comes to crafting!

Glimmer Kit of The Month
This card is sized 4.25" x 5.5" (A2-sized) and it is a top-folding card. I really wanted those florals to take center stage so I foiled the diagonal stripes and added some Altenew Galactic Stream Ink to the panel. I used the Essential Diamonds set to cut a diamond out of the center to create the focal point. The coolest thing about this Glimmer Kit is that you get one single foil plate which foils 8 pieces including the sentiment. This saves on time, foil and cardstock. Furthermore, there is a matching die that cuts all 8 pieces out at once as well! That makes this a great set for mass production!

Clear Stamp and Die of the Month
This card was made by stamping out the two floral stamps and heat embossing them with Ranger Princess Gold EP. I then added ink with a blending brush in Altenew Teal Cave, Starlight and Galactic Stream. I covered the entire panel in the Teal Cave and lightly went over the floral motifs and the edges with the darker colours to make the images stand out.
I added some white acrylic paint splatter to the panel and matted it onto some Sizzix Opulent Gold Mirror Cardstock. I stamped out the sentiment with VersaFine Clair Nocturne ink and cut it out with the coordinating die, as well as some gold mirror cardstock. I adhered the two toegther in an offset fashion and attached it to the panel with a foam strip. I added some matte gold pearls and this card was complete!
I loved this set so much, I had to make a second card with it, seen below.
For this card, I simply stamped and heat embossed the larger motif. I coloured it in with some coloured pencils and cut it out with the coordinating die. I stamped out the sentiment and cut it out with coordinating die also. Then I took the Fluted Classics Ovals and cut an oval from vellum. I needed this to mute the background lightly.
For the background panel, I cheated just a little bit 😅. Now you could grab one of the newer foil plates that Spellbinders has released from the
Sealed By Spellbinders Collection and foil the negative piece of foil to get this look. I actually just used some cardstock from a 12" x 12" scrapbook paper pad I had laying around. I then added the motif, oval and sentiment using some foam adhesive. And this time, since I had more space on the background of my card I added a few chunky gold embellishments.
And that's my inspiration for the Spellbinders November 2022 Glimmer Kit and Clear Stamp and Die of the Month! All of the products used here have been listed below for your shopping convenience!!
