The Airy Flowers Stencil with Nuvo Glacier Paste | A Colorful Life Designs

I have another card to share using the Airy Flowers Stencil from A Colorful Life Designs! It has become my new favourite! (If you're placing an order, use code DeepaFan10 for a discount!) This time, I used Nuvo Glacier Paste with this stencil and I'm amazed at how well this paste works with more intricate stencils like this! It has a lot of shimmer without chunky glitter, so it glides through the stencil beautifully. I dressed this card up with an elegant sentiment and butterflies foiled on acetate.

Here is another photo of this card. I used some Pixie Spray to add repositionable adhesive on the back of the Airy Flowers stencil. I then added Frosted Pearl Nuvo Glacier Paste with a pallet knife trying to keep the thickness even. I removed the stencil and washed it off right away - I find soaking it in warm water helps. 

After the panel was dry, I cut it down and added a vellum strip, fastening it to the back of the panel with tape. I adhered the panel to an A2-sized white card base. I used the Arched Sentiments stamp set from The Greetery to heat emboss the "hello" and cut it out with the coordinating die. The subsentiment was stamped using Versafine Clair Twilight ink and the Persian Motifs stamp set from Altenew. I cut it out and adhered both sentiments to the vellum with foam strips.

Then to add more shine (like it's needed), I foiled the Pinkfresh Studio Small Butterflies Hot Foil Plates on acetate with Spellbinders Prism Foil. I fussy cut them, folded them in half and attached them to the card with double-sided adhesive. Finally, I added some Pinkfresh Studio Ballet Slipper Jewels.
