May Glimmer Kit of the Month | Spellbinders Club Kits

 Hello Friends!

This month's Glimmer Kit is perfect for making a shaker card! And I love the large foiled sentiments included in the kit! These are perfect to use with the balloon dies or on their own. The set is called Silhouette Balloon Greetings and is available to purchase on subscription in the Spellbinders' store on May 6th!!

For this card, I kept it really simple. I followed the instructions on the packaging to foil the Happy Birthday Sentiment in Speckled Prism foil and cut out the balloon. I embossed the entire panel using the 3D Embossing Folder for May and and cut it down to size. I created a bokeh background for the shaker portion using soft pastel coloured inks and I added white, iridecent sequins and clear seed beads. I assembled the shaker and matted the panel onto a soft pink card panel. I also added some silver pearls to finish off this card. And it's all ready to go for a pretty party!
