For this card, I simply added some Moon Dust Stickles Glitter Gel to the Astral Swirl Stencil on a 5" x 7" black cardstock panel. After it dried, I embossed the panel with an older Spellbinders folder. I added a couple flowers stamped and die cut from an older Altenew set. I heat embossed the sentiment from the Happy Thoughts stamp set with Platinum embossing powder and cut it into a banner.  I added the banner with a few gems and, ultimately, I cut my panel down a bit to get a small border on this 5" x 7" card.
