Here are some photos of the cards I made with the Build-A-Garden Sweet Lilies set for the video hop. Be sure to click the link above to watch the full tutorial. Or you can scroll down for more inspo with this release!

Card 1

This card was made using the same idea as in the YouTube Video Tutorial linked at the beginning of this post. I used soft colours with the stencils and blending brushes to add colours to the Sweet Lilies floral bunch. Then I cut my panel in half and made two cards out of it. This stamp/image is large enough that you can get two full A2-sized card out of it. I love sets like these because they really save time. I attached the panel in a wonky fashion to a coloured panel (matching one of the flowers). I added a black glitter cardstock border and stamped out and cut the sentiment, while stamping out the sub-sentiment.

Card 2

This card was made with the second half of the Sweet Lilies floral bunch from card 1. The only difference here is the colour of cardstock, the sentiments and instead of a glitter border, I drew a black line around the edges.

Card 3

Again, this card uses the 2 cards for one stamp deal from above. This time I used neutral colours (tans and greys) to add ink to the stencils. And the outline was stamped and heat embossed with sticky embossing powder. Then I added gold foil for a different look. I added black, silver and gold glitter cardstock shadows of the floral bunch for dimension. And then I added it to a red ink blended background. I created a repeating sentiment strip along with the main sentiment heat embossed with Rose Gold Crisp embossing powder.

Card 4

This card was made in the exact same way as card 3 but with a purple and blue background and different sentiments.

Card 5

This card was made using the Dynamic Duo kit called Always Smile. I stamped out the floral and added ink with the stencils. I then cut them out with the coordinating dies. Then before adding them to the peach panel, I ink blended the leaves from the stencils in green on the panel. I finished this card off with some blue Nuvo Drops and the sentiment from the stamp set.

Card 6

This card uses the Dynamic Duo Always Smile set too. I used the same concept as card 5 but instead of having the florals at the corners of the cards, I made them the focal point. I added a couple leaves cut with the coordinating die from shimmer vellum behind the florals for some interest and to help soften the panel further. Then I added the sentiment heat embossed in white on black cardstock. I believe this sentimetn is from the Craft Your Life July kit.

Card 7

My final card uses the Dynamic Duo again. I ink blended an A2-sized panel with blue inks and used Cloudy White ink to stamp out the "smile" sentiment multiple times on the background. I added the florals inked up with peach inks on the left and right edges. I added the embossed sentiment which is from the Craft Your Life Flowery Pattern July Kit (not available anymore) and a gold frame which I cut using the Altenew Fine Frames Rectangles die.
