The Shine Bright Collection by Carissa Wiley | Spellbinders

        Hello Friends!

Today I'm sharing some inspo with the Shine Bright Collection by Carissa Wiley at Spellbinders. Sorry this one is a bit late but I actually misplaced this set and just cleaned up my craft room. I had so much fun working with these products and my kids have a few birthday parties I used these cards for, so they are mostly birthday-themed. This collection is perfect for recipients of all ages, which I love!

CARD 1

My first card uses a whole mix of the products from this collection. I first layed down my colours of ink withthe Shine Bright Layered Stencils. I used pink, yellow, aqua and black, then I layed down the last layer using some metallic gilding polish to get the shiny effect. I let the panel dry and cut it out with the stylish ovals dies. I added two of the Disco Balls from the die set, along with the Shine Bright sentiment die cut and layered 4 times. I used 3 layers of pink cardstock behind the letter with white on top. 

The background was foiled with matte silver foil and the Sparkle Background Glimmer HFP, which quickly became my fave product from this collection. Then I added the foiled sub-sentiment from the Shine Bright Sentiment strips BetterPress set and some silver pearls!

CARD 2

My second card uses the Disco Impressions Press Plates set with the same colour scheme as the last. I used a cotton panel to get an autentic letterpress effect and splattered some black paint on this one. I kept this one really simple and just finished it off with some more pearls and the foiled sentiment from the Sparkle On BetterPress set which can also be foiled! 

CARD 3

My third card uses the Sparkle Background Glimmer plate which I chose to dry emboss into white cardstock. I also added a gold foiled version on black cardtsock which I cut from those Stylish Ovals dies again. This time I used some post-it notes to section off some of the rays in the background and ink them up for a fun look! I added a gold die-cut disco ball in the center and the sentiment from the Sparkle On BetterPress set.

CARD 4

My final card uses the Sparkle Background foiled with speckled foil on that aqua cardstock. I cut the sentiment using the Shine Bright dies from Spellbinders Silver Glitter cardstock. I added a foam layer of these letters behind the glitter diecuts. And for the strip sentiments, I foiled them using matte white foil and the Shine Bright Sentiment strips BetterPress set. Finally, I added some silver pearls in the parts of the rays that have spaces. I love how this one turned out! So simple but so fun!
