Anemone Magic - Pinkfresh Studio January 2025 Challenge

   Hello Friends and Crafters!

I had some fun with some no-line ink blending with stencils using the older Anemone Magic Suite by Pinkfresh Studio. I have two cards to share using a mix of new and old products for the Pinkfresh Studio January 2025 Challenge, which is a Year in Review. I chose the inspiration board from May 2024 which is called Flower Power. I didn't use the colour scheme from this inspiration board but I went with my own palette of some of my fave colours: Peach Fuzz, Apricot, Cherry Blossom, Peony, Spruce Tips, Sage and Rocky Slope. I chose to use sentiments from recent sets and paired it with the Anemone Magic and a couple older hot foil plates. I hope you like these!

Here are some more photos of this card and a bit of an explanation of how to put these designs together.

The key to making these two cards is to use the large Anemone Magic set. There is a stamp for this but I wanted to keep these florals soft and vibrant, so I just used the stencils from this suite with the coordinating die. This suite cuts out enough floral die cuts for both of these cards, which is what I love about these larger suites.

One set of florals was inked up with Peach Fuzz & Apricot (there are 3 layers for the flowers but I just used the Apricot for the two darker layers). I did the same for the second set of flowers where I used Cherry Blossom & Peony. And the leaves were inked up with Spruce Tips and Sage. I used a tiny bit of Rocky Slope for the smaller flowers/berries.

This first card was made with the Geo Tiles hot foil plate and Blush Spellbinders foil on grey cardstock for the background. Then I arranged the larger floral die cut and the next largest die cut together ont he centr of the card. I also cut the Leafy Branch die from silver glitter cardstock, cut it into segments and tucked pieces behind the florals. I used the Here For You Sentiments set for the sentiment, which I foiled with blush foil also. And then I finished this off with some Iridescent Clear Drops.

This second card used the Lush Vines hot foil plate with Champagne foil on peach cardstock. I used the smallest frame from the Dotted Fancy Frames set and cut a sentiment panel. I then foiled the sentiment from the Here For You Sentiments set in Champagne foil also.

I arranged the remaining floral die cuts
around the sentiment frame. And again I tucked some Leafy Branch die cut pieces in and around the florals. However, this time I used some peach shimmer cardstock for the Leafy Branch. Finally, I used a mix of Clear with Gold Dust Gems and Champagne Clear Drops to embellish this card.

As always, thanks for stopping by. And don't forget to leave me a comment, as I love hearing from you! And don't forget to follow me on Instagram @deezinesbyd where I have a ton more inspiration!

Some of the products used (Anemone Magic Stamp Set, Leafy Branch Die, Lush Vines HFP) are discontinued or not available for me to link anymore. So I have linked an alternative that can be use in these cases.
